The room was big and had good beds. The staff was very helpfull and friendly. The breakfast was good. The location and the price are great. Close to the Transmilenio and the taxistands. Close to a busy shopping street. Internet was good!

We arrive at 3 am and the main staff was alert to us. Furthermore we have a very safety impression for the neighborhood in contrast with previous warnings we was advised.

The common spaces were nicely decorated and maintained and there was always coffee and infused water available in the lobby. There was someone at the front desk 24/7 to let people in the front door which was nice and there was a rooftop patio (though the view isn't stellar) where you could have a quiet moment in the evenings.. The hotel has a Sauna and steam room available for an extra fee (40,000COP per person for two hours.) though they are both very rustic. The staff was nice enough to add pineapple tops and some herbs to the steam room for us so there was a nice aroma. The beds are indeed very large and comfortable.
